What is a Spring Play Pass?

With their Spring Play Pass, guests can bowl two games per day, shoe rental included, during designated days and times at participating centers. Passes can be used starting March 1, 2018, and last 21 days from FIRST USE. The start date is determined by the first time the pass is used, NOT the purchase date. Passes expire on April 29, 2018, regardless of purchase and first use date. Prices, hours, and pass types can vary by location. “Passes” and are valid only at the center selected at time of purchase; “Passports” may be used at any participating AMF, Bowlero, Bowlmor or Brunswick Zone location. When does my Spring Play Pass expire?

Spring Play Passes and Passport Passes are valid for 21 days (excluding non-opt-in days) of bowling from the first use. If a guest purchases a pass on or after April 8th it will expire on April 29, 2018. April 29, 2018 is the LAST day that the pass can be used, regardless of first use date.

What is the difference between a ‘Pass’ and a ‘Passport’?

“Passes” are center-specific. “Passports” may be used at any participating AMF, Bowlmor, Bowlero or Brunswick Zone location, but must be picked up at the center you select when purchasing. Can my Pass be used at any location?

Only Passport Passes can be used across participating AMF, Bowlmor, Bowlero or Brunswick Zone locations. A regular Child Pass or Adult Pass can only be used at the location you selected when purchasing.

What is the difference between a Child and Adult Pass?

The Child Pass is for children ages 15 and under as of 2/1/2018. The Adult Pass is for guests ages 16 and over as of 2/1/2018.

What is the Arcade Card Add-On/Bonus Offer?

As a Spring Play Pass passholder, you’re entitled to our arcade bonus offer (at participating centers,) which lets you purchase a $50 arcade card (100 arcade credits) for only $25! You can purchase the arcade pass card add-on online or in-center starting on February 1, 2018 but these passes won’t be available for pickup until the first day of the Spring Play Pass program on March 1, 2018. Guests can only purchase this Arcade add-on once. These bonus offer of $50 arcade card for only $25 can only be redeemed once per Play Pass/Passport and. I already bought my Spring Play Pass, but now I want to add the Arcade Bonus Offer. How can I purchase it?

To buy the arcade card add-on, you must visit your local center and show your Spring Play Pass. This bonus offer cannot be purchased as a standalone item online; it would need to be purchased with your Play Pass. Guests can only redeem the arcade bonus offer once per Spring Play Pass/Passport and it is only valid at participating centers. Visit www.bowlplaypass.com for specifics.

Does my arcade card expire?

No! There is no expiration date for arcade cards or credits.

After I purchase an arcade card, can I add more credits to it?

Yes! You can reload your arcade card at any card refill station; however, the bonus offer of $50 worth of arcade credits for only $25 can only be redeemed once per Spring Play Pass/Passport.

How much does a Child/Adult Pass or Passport cost?

How do I purchase a pass?

You can purchase your passes online or in-person at any participating center. To purchase your pass or passport online, visit www.bowlplaypass.com . If you purchase a pass online, you must pick it up at the center you designated at time of purchase.

Can I purchase a pass at any time?

Passes are available for purchase starting February 1, 2018, through April 29, 2018. Passes can be used beginning March 1st, 2018, and each pass is valid for 21 days (excluding non-opt-in days) from the date of its first use. However, passes cannot be used after April 29, 2018, regardless of their first-use date. No refunds will be issued.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

Refunds will be issued only if requested prior to the Spring Play Pass program start date of March 1, 2018. No full or pro-rated refunds will be issued after March 1, 2018. If you have any additional questions, please contact Guest Services at 1-800-342-5263 or email guestservice@bowlerocorp.com.

What if I lose my Spring Play Pass and/or arcade card?

Please contact your local center or Guest Services about lost Play Passes. Guest Services can be reached at 1-800-342-5263 or via email guestservice@bowlerocorp.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace lost, stolen, or damaged arcade cards.

Why do I have to select a home center for my Passport if I can use it at any center?

Your home center is where you will pick up your Spring Play Pass/Passport.

What if I want to upgrade my Pass to a Passport?

You can upgrade your pass at any time by visiting your local center and paying the price difference between your current pass and the one you would like to upgrade to. Unfortunately, your pass cannot be upgraded online.

Is shoe rental included?

Yes, shoe rental is included for all Play Passes (Child, Adult, and Passport).

Can I purchase more than one pass?

Yes! There is a limit of 20 passes per transaction when purchasing online. If you have any concerns, just give us a call at 1-800-342-5263 or email guestservice@bowlerocorp.com.

How will I receive my passes if I purchase them online?

When purchasing your passes online, simply print your order confirmation and bring it with you to your local center. Present your order confirmation at the front desk, and you will be issued your pass(es). Play passes and arcade cards can be picked up at any time after February 1.

What if I forget to bring my pass with me?

If necessary, the front desk will be able to identify members by verifying their email addresses and/or phone numbers. But the quickest way to get on the lanes is with your Spring Play Pass.

When are my passes valid?

Passes are valid during designated days and times at participating centers, please visit www.bowlplaypass.com or call your local center to confirm the valid days and times. Keep in mind, lane availability is subject to change based on league and private party commitments; so please call your local center to confirm. Hours can vary by center.

Can lanes be reserved for the Play Pass program?

No. The Play Pass program is based on lane availability and no lanes can be reserved in advance. The program is not intended for larger parties. If you need to reserve lanes for large groups of children or adults, please contact our Event Planners at groupevents@bowlerocorp.com. They will be able to provide you with more detailed information about our popular camp and daycare packages and our discounted rates for large group events.
